Medical Team Volunteer Form
The Haitian community formed an iniative to develop and send Boston-Haiti Health Support Team to Haiti as soon as possible. The Haitian Women's Association of Boston (AFAB-KAFANM) will coordinate this effort, while Dr. Arielle Adrienne wil lead the iniative.
While still in the early planning stage, this initiative is building a list of qualified volunteers willing to travel to Haiti with the medical team to provide health care to earthquake survivors. AFAB-KAFANM will announce the details of the trip later. If you wish to participate, please send an email to AFAB-KAFANM.
